Helena is a beautiful red haired bundle of energy

I wrote this lullaby for my friend's daughter Helena. She is a beautiful red haired bundle of energy, growing up in a remote part of the Scottish Highlands, who was having difficulties going to sleep. He heard my composition 'The Man Who Touches Heaven' and asked me to write a song for his daughter's first birthday. 

I was so inspired by Helena's personality and the beautiful location of their home, overlooking a loch, that the entire song flowed effortlessly, in a single stream of consciousness. The song depicts her parents, family and friends, both her on earth and those who are now in heaven, gently whispering their love, to gently rock Helena to sleep.
